由于国内人民生活水平的提高科技不断地进步控制不断地完善从而促使定日镜成为各种旋转机械行业的主导。随着现代机械朝着高性能、自动化、规模化的革新定日镜被普遍应用咋各式各样的大型机械和光伏发电上特别是大型制造业和光伏行业。在光伏发电系统中定日镜在其中扮演至关重要的作用并且为了维护好仪器的使用寿命必须做好防振动性能。所以新一代的我们需要对定日镜的性能参数和功能参数进行相关研究这对与光伏发电系统的稳定性能具有重大的意义。
此次设计的定日镜系统风致振动特性检测系统是基于LABVIEW虚拟软件设计的测试实验。通过自主设计开发振动检测控制系统的总体框架并针对实验研究主要设计陈述了硬件电路设计和软件电路设计。结合经济性与实用性搭建了硬件平台基于虚拟仪器 LABVIEW 软件编写了用于数据实时采集与监测的定日镜系统风致振动特性检测系统。
通过LABVIEW虚拟软件搭建数据实时采集与检测控制系统满足设计需求对实验数据进行实时控制解析并通过显示窗口显示波形增加了报警电路同时可以设置数据采集速率等功能满足要求系统运行相对稳定。振动检测系统实现软件模块化为后期做相应的开发设计做好了铺垫。

Due to the improvement of the living standard of the domestic people, the continuous progress of science and technology, constantly improve the control, so as to promote heliostat to become the leading of various rotating machinery industry. With the innovation of modern machinery towards high performance, automation and scale, heliostat is widely used in all kinds of large machinery and photovoltaic power generation, especially in large manufacturing and photovoltaic industry. In photovoltaic power generation system, heliostat plays an important role, and in order to maintain the service life of the instrument, it is necessary to do a good job of anti-vibration performance. Therefore, the new generation of us need to carry out relevant research on the performance parameters and functional parameters of heliostat, which is of great significance to the stable performance of photovoltaic power generation system.
This design of heliostat system wind-induced vibration characteristics detection system, is based on LABVIEW virtual software design test experiment. Through the independent design and development of vibration detection and control system of the overall framework, and for experimental research, the main design stated the hardware circuit design and software circuit design. The hardware platform was built by combining economy and practicability. Based on LABVIEW software of virtual instrument, the wind-induced vibration characteristics detection system of heliostat system for real-time data acquisition and monitoring was written.
The real-time data acquisition and detection control system was built by LABVIEW virtual software to meet the design requirements. Real-time control and analysis of experimental data were carried out, waveform was displayed through the display window, alarm circuit was added, and data acquisition rate could be set at the same time. The function met the requirements, and the system ran relatively stably. The software modularization of vibration detection system has laid a foundation for later development and design.
