SPI 驱动 墨水屏
墨水屏介绍 F5529 口袋板上没有采用常见的点阵液晶、段式液晶、TFT 等屏幕而是采用了电子纸 电子墨水屏这种革新的信息显示设备它与传统的显示屏幕有很大不同下面略作介绍。
电子纸的分类 如同其他显示技术一样电子纸主要也分为以下以下几类 电泳显示技术EPD电泳显示技术系将黑、白两色的带电颗粒封装于微胞化液 滴结构中由外加电场控制不同电荷黑白颗粒的升降移动以呈现出黑白单色的显 示效果。由于 EPD 技术可呈现出高反射率、高对比的黑白显示效果因此十分适合 做电子纸F5529 口袋板上使用的电子纸屏幕采用的就是这种技术。 电子粉流体显示技术(QR-LPD) 胆固醇液晶显示技术(Ch-LCD) 双稳态向列液晶显示技术Bi TNLCD) 这几种电子纸技术我们没有使用到这里也就不展开介绍了。
电泳型电子纸技术详解
原理 电泳型电子纸技术以下简称电子纸是一种“微胶囊电泳显示”技术。其基本原理 是悬浮在液体中的带电纳米粒子受到电场作用而产生迁移。电子纸是一种薄膜状的材 料它是由成千上万个微小的胶囊状颗粒称为微胶囊涂在一种塑料基材上而制成的。 微胶囊是电子纸的基本单元它里面包含了两种不同颜色的纳米粒子。
结构
电子纸膜片这是电子纸显示模组的核心材料负责显示人眼实际看到的图案。 底板作为电子纸显示屏的像素电极下电极用于控制电子纸每个像素的黑白 变化。底板有多种类型可选包括 PCB、FPC、TFT 玻璃、PET 等实际应用时 可根据具体需求选择不同的底板。电子纸膜片可通过层压的方式贴合在底板上。 驱动芯片可根据控制指令和信号产生相应的逻辑电平和时序用于控制底板每个 像素或段码的工作时序和状态并使电子纸能够显示所需图案。 透明保护膜一种高分子塑料薄膜具有很强的防水汽透过性。用层压机将其紧密 贴合在电子纸膜片与底板上面可有效防止水汽侵入赛伦纸膜片避免电子纸因 受潮而损坏。 封边胶一种特殊的化学胶水将其均匀涂在透明保护膜的四周边缘处起到隔离 水汽的作用。可避免水汽从透明保护膜四周渗入进去而对电子纸膜片造成损坏。
优势与不足 电子纸作为一种革新的信息显示的新方法和设备区别于其他显示技术的具有以下 几个突出优势 易阅读性 电子纸是靠反射环境光来显示图案的它具有纸张印刷般的效果。与传统透射 式液晶显示屏TFT 等相比即使是在强烈的阳光底下依然清晰可视可视角 度几乎达到了 180°。另外电子纸显示柔和、无闪烁因此“电纸书”都是采用电 子纸做屏幕。 超级省电 电子纸只有在刷新屏幕的时候才会消耗电能而且断电后能保持断电前最后一 帧图片的显示这是其他屏幕都做不到的再加上不需要背光因此电子纸适合作 为电子标签使用。 轻薄灵活 与其他显示屏幕相比电子纸不管是在厚度还是重量上都有明显的优势最薄 可以做到 0.1mm和纸张的厚度差不多。如果采用塑料薄膜作为基材还具有可弯 曲的特点。 以上说的都是电子纸的优势下面说说电子纸目前的不足这些技术不足以 及成本上的居高不下今后随着技术发展会逐渐得到解决的。 刷新速度慢 尤其是电泳型电子纸刷新速度是比较慢的目前无法做动画或动态视 频显示。 色彩还原不好 目前电子纸色彩还原还不如 TFT 等屏幕真实、鲜艳无法很好的显 示彩色照片再加上成本原因目前电子纸以点色灰阶型为主。
